Graduate School courses
Welcome to the KEISIE Graduate School course browser. You can browse through courses here, and can choose to take courses for Professional Development purposes, or you can plan a program of study. If you wish to enroll into individual study courses, please be sure you have paid the one-time registration fee. All graduate school courses offer graduate credits (3 credits unless otherwise stated), and so it is necessary to process the same information regardless of how many courses you opt to take. The good news is that once you have enrolled in any graduate course, you will not need to pay this fee again.
When selecting courses, it would be advisable to reference the graduate school catalog, though this is not necessary.
- If you are selecting a course for professional development purposes or for credit transfer (see note 1. below), you can browse courses by school.
- If you wish to enroll in a full program now, paying all fees in advance, you can do so here. Simply choose your program and pay the fees, and you can select your optional courses at a later time. When choosing this option, you retain full control over your program of study. You can select how many (or how few) courses to take during the session. This is the most cost effective way to pay for your program of study (see note 2. below), and costs include all application and graduation fees, as well as all fees for your graduate program.
- If you wish to spread the cost of your studies, you may pay for each course of study individually. So that you can be sure that you are taking courses that are applicable to your final award, the courses have been laid out by degree qualification. You can browse the different pages, and select the courses in any order, but you must ensure that you only choose courses relevant to your program of study, and that you only select the correct number of courses from each sub-category. Before selecting any courses, you should pay the non-refundable application fee so that the Graduate School can begin the process of validating your credentials prior to the start of the next session. To see a full breakdown of costs for your program of study, see note 2. below.
If you have any questions to put to the Graduate School, please feel free to submit your questions to us, or call one of our international numbers to speak with a representative.
How to select a course and make your tuition payment
* How do I apply for a course and make my tuition payment?
- First, select the specific course and/or fees by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button below each item you have selected. Students are allowed to register for up to three graduate level courses per term. Application fees are required.
* I don’t see my course(s) listed in the payment gateway?
- To view your selected courses and associated Graduate School application fees all you have to do is place your mouse arrow over the title of the last item you select and click on the title. This will refresh the browser screen allowing you to see the items you have selected.
* What do I do next?
- Once you have reviewed your registration details you may proceed to check out and make your payment through the PayPal gateway, or continue to look for additional course offerings by using your back button on your browser to return to the previous page you were viewing. Once there, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on one of the links provided.
* There are more items listed than I want.
- If you accidentally select a course or fee more than once, you will have the opportunity to modify the specific number of courses and fees your are paying for once you enter the payment gateway. The system allows you to modify your purchases prior to making your tuition payments for courses or application fees.
* How long does it take to process my tuition and fee payments?
- The payment gateway system allows for immediate confirmation of all payments made to KEISIE Graduate School. Once you have made your payment, you will receive immediate email notification with information regarding your payments.
* What about the forms and documents I must submit to the Graduate School?
- KEISIE representatives will notify you once you have made application to the graduate school, whether it is for one course or a complete degree program. Students entering a full degree program are required to meet entrance guidelines and submit all necessary documents to the graduate school to verify their eligibility.
(Note: Some documents are required by the Graduate School regardless of whether the student is taking a single course or a full degree program.)
- Any student who is enrolling to a graduate school degree program must be admitted by the Graduate School Admissions Committee who determines the student’s eligibility for admission to the institution. Students are allowed to take up to nine (9) semester credits in “At-Large Status” prior to acceptance to a graduate school degree program.
1. Credit Transfer
KEISIE Graduate School offers its degree programs and professional development training with no specific guarantee of acceptance by other institutions of higher education. As is common practice in higher education, credits earned at one institution of higher education may not be accepted at other institutions. KEISIE Graduate School has taken several steps to ensure credit transfer to other institutions in higher education. However, students are encouraged to verify the appropriate use or transfer of credits earned at the Graduate School before enrolling into a course of study.
